At sunset the seal tried to swim down the creek but the tide was too low still. He struggled and was worn out but finally made it long after dark. Last weekend, #harpseals were seen at not only #goodharborbeach, but Plum Island, Rye Beach, and Westport. I wonder what sightings this weekend will bring? While taking photos of the sunrise this morning, a guy in his truck slows down and with the biggest grin yells beautiful. I said yes, I think so too, that it’s a beautiful, peaceful sunrise. He says “not the sunrise, you.” Still grinning as he drove away, I think he must still have been on a Patriots win high 😊
